Dancing in the middle of the road and screaming in a language that doesn't resemble English (no, it's not Bai Ling!) one crazy woman made quite a challenge for four of New York's finest.
TMZ spotted the grunting wonder at 5th Avenue & 17th St., where four arresting officers could only look on in disbelief -- while deciding what the heck to do with the whackjob.
