Tila's Chick Never Gave a Lick About Lindsay

We got Courtenay Semel, Tila Tequila's GF, at Villa last night and asked her about the report that she had hooked up with Lindsay Lohan pre-Sam. Courtenay had a thing or two to say about it, and so did her pal Brittny Gastineau.
Yesterday, Lindsay adamantly denied she was ever Coutenay's gal.
