Charlie Sheen Arrives At Court
Charlie Sheen has just arrived at court in Aspen, Colorado, where he's about to cop a plea in his assault case involving wife Brooke Mueller.
Just after Charlie landed, we asked him if he was happy with the deal. Charlie shrugged with approval and said, "I guess."
As we first reported, Charlie -- who faces charges of felony menacing, misdemeanor 3rd degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief -- will plead no contest to misdemeanor assault and will be sentenced to 30 days in jail.
With good behavior, Charlie will only serve 17 days and he'll get out every day at 8:00 AM for work release at Theatre Aspen. He must return to jail each night by 8 PM.
