Halle Berry -- Just Beachy

Halle Berry, fiancé Olivier Martinez, and daughter Nahla enjoyed a gorgeous Saturday on the beaches of Malibu.

These photos could become a thing of the past if Halle gets her way. She's still fighting baby daddy Gabriel Aubry in court for the right to move to Paris with Nahla. Halle claims the paparazzi are a constant problem (exhibit A) and she feels unsafe because of constant issues with stalkers.

Just a few weeks ago, Halle and Olivier were spotted in Paris checking out schools for Nahla.
