Baby Floats Out to Sea ... Coast Guard to the Rescue (VIDEO)

Talk about the world's worst parents ... take a look at this video of a 10-month-old baby drifting out into wide open ocean water on an inflatable raft.

The insanity happened off the coast of Turkey in the Aegean Sea ... and the baby drifted about a half mile out when her parents weren't watching. Adults reportedly tried, and failed, to swim after the infant.

The Turkish coast guard eventually rescued the little girl ... and she was reunited with her parents on shore.
