Lea Michele is moving on up ... to a new L.A. home that’s twice as big, and pricey, as her last pad in Hollywood.

The “Glee” star put down $2.99 million for a 4 bedroom, 4 bath contemporary home in Brentwood, and it’s stunning … hardwood floors, hot tub, amazing canyon views, and a pool. It’s also a got a 2-story workout room ... perfect for a fitness buff like Lea.

Her last pad was a 2-bedroom cottage, which she sold for $1.825 million.

Clearly, post-Glee life agrees with Michele.
