Adrien Broner says he's gonna be a daddy ... again ... 'cause his lady is carrying baby #7 -- and AB says it's going to be the END of his baby making career.

Broner announced his fiancee Arienne Gazaway (aka Miss Louiebags) is preggo with a little baby girl -- no word on when she's due.

But the boxing superstar says it's his last one ... he won't be chasing San Diego Chargers QB Philip Rivers, who just had baby #8 earlier this week.

By the way, 7 kids is small for the Broner family -- Adrien says he's one of 10 KIDS!
