GoPro CEO: My Employees Can Do Whatever They Want ... But There's One Rule

Nick Woodman -- the founder and CEO of GoPro -- just earned major points toward being one of the coolest bosses ever, giving his employees complete freedom once a week ... with a small catch.

Our photog caught up with Nick in NYC Friday and he told us his employees get two hours each Thursday to leave the office and do whatever they feel like, as long as it's something they're passionate about. However, there's one small, pretty simple rule.
