Eva's gonna marry Jose Antonio Baston, the President of Televisa-- Latin America's largest media company. They've been dating for 2 years.

Jose popped the question over the weekend in Dubai.

Eva's made the trek down the isle twice before ... she was married to NBA star Tony Parker and soap star Tyler Christopher.
