Nancy Reagan -- Hearse Leaves Home ... Cops Salute

Several LAPD officers offered one final salute to Nancy Reagan moments ago -- as a hearse presumably carrying her body left her Bel-Air home.

We say "presumably" because two hearses came to the house. Unclear if one was used as a decoy ... or if it was just backup in case one of the cars broke down.

As TMZ first reported, Reagan passed away of congestive heart failure. She was 94.

She'll be buried next to her husband at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley.

No word yet on when the funeral will take place.
