Dave Navarro Free Falls In Dangerous Elevator Ride

Dave Navarro toughed it out when an elevator he was riding in suddenly plunged about 10 floors.

We got Dave right after his nightmare ride in a NYC elevator, which happened after he was on the 'Opie and Jim Norton' radio show, and instead of fearing for his life ... the rocker's biggest shock had to do with the firefighters who showed up to rescue him.

Check out Dave's reaction. Definitely a cool customer, but we're guessing he will at least give the stairs a second look from here on out.
