Rocco Ritchie Gets Ear Pierced For Bday

Madonna's son, Rocco, is officially a gold stud.

Madge took her son to Elite Jewelry & Piercing Friday in Manhattan -- 1 day after turning 16.

We're told Rocco got one of his earlobes pricked with a gold square stud -- $120 for the earring and $15 for the piercing.

Didn't take long -- our spies say mom and son spent about 30 minutes inside and split.
