Drake Bell -- Early Freedom From Jail

Drake Bell was on his best behavior behind bars and got to walk out of L.A. County Jail early because of it ... so say law enforcement officials.

Drake got locked up Friday for his second DUI conviction since 2009. The judge slapped him with a mandatory 96 hours in jail ... but we're told he served less than 48 for good behavior.

Sources say Drake walked out a free man Saturday around 6 PM.
