The Texas judge going viral for being super rude to an IT worker looks like he was deep in the red last year ... he reportedly filed for bankruptcy and listed over $75K in debt, TMZ has confirmed.

Judge Nathan J. Milliron -- who sits on the bench of the Texas 215th District Court -- filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy in May 2025 in Texas ... according to KPRC 2 in Houston.

Chapter 13 means Milliron is planning to pay back his creditors, and just wants to set up a payment plan with the court.

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" star Gina Kirschenheiter’s boyfriend, Travis Mullen, is accusing his ex-wife, Meghan Mullen, of missing drug tests amid their custody battle, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Travis and Meghan, who split in 2016, are going back and forth in court as he tries to secure permanent sole custody of their three minor kids. The court battle has been “extremely contentious.” 

In early 2025, Travis accused Meghan of not allowing him to see one of their sons for over a month, and allowed the kid to miss a ton of school.

Judge Nathan J. Milliron -- who sits on the bench of the Texas 215th District Court -- is listed as delinquent on two separate required filings with the Texas Ethics Commission ... according to KPRC 2 in Houston.

Milliron reportedly failed to submit campaign finance and personal financial disclosure reports ... and he's facing a $1,500 in fines as a result.

Joseph and Kendra Duggar have loads more on their mind than just their recent arrests -- in calls obtained by TMZ, they speak about finances, taxes, and even potentially selling one of their investment properties to help Kendra out while Joseph remained in jail.

The Texas judge going viral for all the wrong reasons has now demanded that an attorney appear before him in court after the attorney suggested he apologize for being flat-out nasty to an IT worker.

We told you all about it -- Judge Nathan J. Milliron -- who sits on the bench of the Texas 215th District Court -- was rude to an IT tech who dealt with an issue in his courtroom. Instead of thanking him, Milliron demanded he speak to the IT tech's supervisor ... seemingly because he didn't like his comments about the problem.

After the exchange, Attorney James Stafford reached out to Milliron per emails obtained by Houston Public Media. Stafford reportedly wrote ... "I hope you issued him an apology for the way you treated him. I hope you were just having a bad day and this is not your typical judicial temperament. Have a great weekend."

Actress Taryn Manning was facing legal issues in court weeks before her epic fight with her on-again, off-again girlfriend, Holly Hartman, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the "8 Mile" actress was sued by a company named PDS Adjustment for breach of contract in January 2026. 

Per an agreement between the parties, Taryn was allegedly supposed to pay the company 20% of any payment she received from her insurance company over water loss at her $1.3 million mansion in Palm Springs, California. 

Johnny Depp's band Hollywood Vampires is being dragged in federal court in Texas over a concert they canceled in Europe ... but they're fighting the suit, and calling for it to be tossed out of court.

A concert promoter in Bratislava, Slovakia, is suing Hollywood Vampires ... alleging Depp, Alice Cooper and Joe Perry bailed on a July 2023 concert despite being paid around $277K in advance and never returning the money ... according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

But, in new legal docs, Hollywood Vampires is firing back ... claiming the lawsuit should be dismissed due to a lack of personal jurisdiction. In other words, the band says the concert promoter didn't establish that the federal court in Texas had the power to deal with the case.

Kim Kardashian and her mom, Kris Jenner, were shut down in their fight to keep information about their secret 2023 settlement with Ray J from the public, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge denied Kim and Kris’ request to seal certain documents, including the 2023 deal. 

The judge ruled Kris and Kim failed to present enough evidence that the deal being made public would cause them harm.
