Aysia was named in court during D4vd's preliminary hearing ... text messages between Celeste and D4vd showed Celeste erupting over D4vd's friendship with the model and streamer.

In one of the texts read aloud in court, Celeste sent David a threatening text after confronting him about hanging out with Aysia at his Hollywood Hills home ... with Celeste texting, "Oh my f***ing God, I swear to God, I'll kill u."

The 2025 murder of Chrisean Rock's ex-boyfriend Karon "Ronny Doe" Cann remains unsolved ... but police tell TMZ the investigation is still active as detectives continue working to identify and catch the killer.

Justin Mulcahy, a rep for the Anne Arundel County Police Department in Maryland, told us Monday night ... "We can confirm that it is an open and active investigation; however, we are unable to provide any additional details."

Before his death, Karon publicly claimed he was the father of Chrisean's son, Chrisean, Jr.

She has always insisted Blueface was the father, despite the rapper denying the allegations.

Lindsay Clancy's ex-husband is making an unusual plea to the judge in her upcoming murder case ... he doesn't want pictures of his murdered children shown during her trial.

Patrick Clancy -- who discovered their 3 children dead in their Massachusetts home in January 2023 -- reportedly filed a motion this week begging the judge to not show crime scene pics or allow his 911 call to be played in court.

The trial is going to be televised ... and Patrick doesn't want those graphic details being blasted out into the ether.

The former FedEx delivery driver who copped to kidnapping and killing a 7-year-old girl in Texas has been sentenced to death by lethal injection.

Tanner Lynn Horner learned his fate Tuesday when a Texas jury sentenced him to death.

He pleaded guilty to capital murder and aggravated kidnapping last month in the November 2022 death of Athena Strand.
