Heather Mills -- Workin' It Out

Heather Mills kept -- or tried to keep -- her mind off the media storm surrounding her divorce from Beatle Paul McCartney by cycling up a good sweat. Heather was spotted riding her bike in England, while her personal trainer Ben Amigoni decided to capture the entire workout on tape from his vantage point close behind her. Maybe he was documenting the paparazzi crush that seems to follow her everywhere these days.

Last week, London tabloids published what they claim are court documents leaked from Mills' camp detailing alleged abuse by estranged husband Paul McCartney. The documents, filed in London, allege that Heather was subject to physical violence by McCartney, fuelled by what she says was his abuse of drugs and alcohol. McCartney, through his lawyers, has vigorously denied the claims.
