Sources tell TMZ that Nicole Richie passed out at Hyde nightclub early Sunday morning in Hollywood.
We're told it occurred just before 2 a.m., when Richie passed out and fell to the floor. An employee approached Richie and her friends and said he was calling 911. Sources say they told the employee not to make the call and that they would take Richie to a hospital. The friends then carried Richie out of the club through the back door. TMZ does not know if Richie went to the hospital.
Before Richie collapsed, we're told she hung out for awhile with Lindsay Lohan inside the club. Lohan had her own bizarre tale early Sunday morning on a street in Hollywood.
Late last week, Richie's reps confirmed that the "Simple Life" star entered a treatment facility to determine why she hasn't gained weight. Richie has looked shockingly thin over the last few months.
Richie's rep tells TMZ her client was at Hyde for approximately 20 minutes but denies that she collapsed.

It's not a mistery why she collapsed people. She lives off of Vicodine Cocaine and heroine. After a while the go go effect wears off. You can't go but so long without food, even on coke.
Why was she out partying when she is suppose to be in treatment for her eating disorder? Can you say cocaine withdrawals? That is what it sounds like to me!!!!!
I wonder what happened at the treatment facility, did she go in the front door and out the back? Sadly, in the picture of her last week, she looked loaded, probably on heroin. I hope she goes back soon to treatment and gets away from the clubs. Sounds like it's a real treadmill.
What an f'ing idiot. She would have been better off spending a few hours at a Burger King instead of the "treatment facility" she claims to have visited. It's either coke, heroin or a giant tape worm that's keeping her so thin.

Flipping eatng disorders and bad drugs....I'm not a prude, and I'[ve partied myself. .but these grls are Killing themselves. And her mom and 'dad' are 'enablers'...this girl needs to be corralled and taken out of LA for treatment, she needs a 'keeper' like they used to do with heroin addcted rock stars...get her outof LA and away from flipping clubs and drug dealers...what a flippin idiot.

Lack of food will make you pass out. DUH. Look at the woman. What is there to speculate about. Lotsa drugs+no food=passing out or death. She got lucky this time.

Nah, I dont think they are on Crystal Meth. Most people that rich can afford enough of it that they do not look that miserable and tired all the time. If they are, they need to switch to coke or X or get some vicodin.
Its hard to beat an eating disorder, I wish her well. She lives in a place where there is a lot of pressure on being thin. She's short, and shorter girls show every pound on them. Good luck Nic!
