Did he EVER give a shit about being a father to his 2 kids by his last girlfriend? NO. Has he been at home being a father to 2 kids by Brit? NO. Did he stomp up and down, throw a tantrum and hire a lawyer to and go to the mat and get custody of his other kids? NO. ItT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND hopefully a Judge will see this for exactly what it is. Has Brit made mistakes as a new young Mother? Sure, we all have, but she's with her kids, she has family support which is far cry from K-fed's partying, and drinking. He may think he's all that, but without he'll be what he's been all along, a losere. Hard to imagine why he feels he's owed a thing. Perhaps Britney and Kevin should take some court-ordered parenting classes and counseling. Sean Preston and Jayden James are a bit too young to know what is going on however, Kevin and Britney are both public figures, and their entire life is playing out publically as well as being archived. Sean & Jayden will no doubt read about the divorce and custody battle in the future.
Both parents need to refrain from the partying....Brit with Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan of all people! At least pattern yourself after respectable young women like Reese Witherspoon, etc.
Don't get me wrong...I think the children would be better off with Britney but she needs to employ enough assistance to help her run things. Have minimal yet civil contact with Federline regarding visitation. I am so sorry that the kids are being used as pawns. I wish the best for all concerned...

Give K-Fed a break...........Are we certain it was not Britney who used him. After all it was Brit who made the first move from what i understand. She knew he was having a baby with another woman and that didnot stop her. Why do guys run from this girl?. I won't be so quick to judge no on knows what happens behind close doors.
