Even though she looks ready to sling beer at Oktoberfest, Simpson is playing a struggling secretary on an unconventional journey through the corporate world.
After "Employee of the Month," we're not sure that Jessica should clear a space on her mantle for anything other than a beer mug.

Seriously, is Jessica so stupid she does not realize she can not act? Why do people keep giving her roles, knowing her movies bomb and it mainly because of her. If all the movies she was in had different girls i them, they most likley would have done better.
Also, I'll give her some credit in saying she can slightly sing, but she needs to just give up on that as well. Singing fast/pop/rock songs to a slow melody is not cool and stupid as well. Public Affair made my head hurt after she open her mouth.
She is awful and needs to find a different line of business.

This is a classic case of the Demi Moore/Madonna syndrome. Hollywood gets myopic and thinks that it can turn a "sows ear into a silk purse," or that the movie going public is so stupid that we will plop down our hard earned cash for any piece of dreck that they can slap together. Demi Moore was paid millions and she was box office poison. And Madonna, need I say anything more than "Swept Away"?
This broad has no talent other than extracting money from the genius' that run the studios.
