A camera trained on the 134 Freeway in Burbank recorded Nicole Richie's DUI arrest early Monday morning.
ABC Television has offices near the exit ramp which Richie used to enter the freeway going the wrong way. ABC security guards noticed the commotion on their monitors and trained their security camera in that direction.
The pictures show Richie talking to CHP officers. We're told she admitted that she had taken Vicodin and smoked pot.
Richie's attorney, Howard Weitzman, exclusively tells TMZ "This is a difficult time for Nicole but she is prepared to accept whatever responsibility is appropriate. She intends to continue with her career and will deal with any other issues that need to be addressed."

She is a vicim of DWB (driving while black)! When will the racist Los Angeles cops stop persecuting blacks just because they are driving a nice vehical. What a black lady can't have a nice SUV? That means that she should be arrested? Thank goodness the cops didn't beat her up which is the usual practice for DWB in LA.

Furthermore, the clip doesn't show shiznit so why did you post this TMZ? Nicole doesn't look messed up, maybe she just thought the off ramp was the on ramp, especially if there were no other cars on the freeway coming towards her at this hour of the morning. And no I'm not making excuses for her being impaired but this may indeed be the case...

#1~ EXCUSE ME?!!! The cops didn't catch her...a fellow motorist who
saw her going the wrong way on a on/off ramp did! He did the smart
thing & dialed 911 BEFORE she ended up killing someone! When the cops found her she was STOPPED in the CARPOOL LANE yakkiing on her freakin' cell phone! Her being stooooopid & driving the wrong way on the freeway didn't have one damn thing to do with her heritage.

I'm freaked out by the overhead camera... big brother is always there watching. On the freeway... at intersections... at bank kiosks... we'll soon be appearing from our own homes. Do we really live in a free society?
