It's almost Christmas, but Nicole Richie is rocking a Halloween look.

The tiny celebutante, currently in hot water after her arrest, was apparently so cold she wore a blanket to lunch. Richie tried to make it impossible to take her photo yesterday as she left a sushi bar in Los Angeles.

She wasn't able to avoid it entirely, and the verdict is in; the ghost costume is better than the skeleton.

5. If she didn't want the attention why didn't she just stay home.
She could have had
a) something delivered
b) hired a chef to cook for her
c) cooked for herself (ya sure, but it is an option)
or
d) skipped another meal

10. why are people even reporting this. she is obviously enjoying this attention... if she really did not want to get noticed, she could have stayed at home, or went to a drive thru. putting the blanket over the heard is like a spotlight. she is drawing all the attention she can get to herself......lunch... what did she get, it couldn't be more than a glass of water, and a marijuana roll... with a little coke sprinkled on top.
