It's almost Christmas, but Nicole Richie is rocking a Halloween look.
The tiny celebutante, currently in hot water after her arrest, was apparently so cold she wore a blanket to lunch. Richie tried to make it impossible to take her photo yesterday as she left a sushi bar in Los Angeles.
She wasn't able to avoid it entirely, and the verdict is in; the ghost costume is better than the skeleton.

You all sicken me. I mean who amongst us has not had sex till 4:00 in the morning on a Monday, downed a couple vicodin, passed the blunt a few more times, and then hopped in the car and driven the wrong way to make better time? Yeah, that's what I thought. This woman has provided us with multiple seasons of laughter through the Simple Life and flashed her chest for adoring males in runway shows and you all forsake her in an instant over a minor traffic infraction, however, in the interest of justice Nicole should recieve community service, preferably 5 hours, which is a little extreme but let's the community know lady justice is indeed blind.
