10. They are not targeting her because she's a celebrity (even if she hasn't done anything lately); They are targeting her because she F-ing KILLED SOMEBODY!!

11. Here we go again! Sorry but I am so tired of the racism claims that jump up in so many cases. Not a big fan of the CHP, but from what I can see, they did take time to investigate the case, not a rush to file against her. If the evidence is there, she should answer the charges. I wish that the racists would crawl back in their holes and stay there. The world would be a much happier place to live for all of us, even them.
