Jennifer Aniston premiered her new short film at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival yesterday. It was the first public event for Aniston since she underwent rhinoplasty to fix a deviated septum.
The flick, "Room 10," marks Aniston's directorial debut. It's about a nurse who gains perspective on her marital problems while caring for a dying patient.
As for the work Jen had done, sources told TMZ that Jen was furious when the doctor who did it blabbed to Us Weekly (her rep denies it). Jen came out on top though, telling People.com that fixing her out of joint nose was the "best thing I ever did." So there.

You can't trust this doctors. Years ago, I was in the office of this QUACK in Beverly Hills and as I sat in his office, I could hear the LOUD voice of another doctor on the phone and EVERY WORD they were saying. The other doctor was a psychiatrist laughing about a famous actress who couldn't reach orgasm. The quack I was seeing made some comment to me (not knowing I'd heard) and went on with the nothingness he had to say. You really have to be careful!

This woman has class. People will talk bad about her. Say she is ugly or whatever. But I learn from her.She is classy and beautiful. If getting a nose job makes her happy then I am happy for her. She doesn't care for these tabloids anyway. So go ahead and talk sh*t. You can't break her.

How is she "plain old simple GORGEOUS" here? She looks AVERAGE at best and quite homely for a Hollywood actress. She should have had that nose fixed years ago... it looks better and narrower after the surgery. Now if she could only get the rest of her face fixed, not to mention her cranky, self-centered, whiny personality...

So her nose is back in place, does this mean she will no longer be Ms. Pity Pot Jen feeling sorry for herself. Always boo hooing, blaming Brad, Angelina, Vince, the doctor for all of her problems??? The sun not coming up, her not getting a part in a movies, etc. Are you saying she will now take responsiblity for her own actions??? Look around, 3/4 of your friends have split, and they do not belabor the things that could have, should have and would have happened. I was a fan of hers, but pitty just gets on my last nerve.

She doesn't care for the tabloids? LOL.. she called People to give them an "exclusive" denying her nose and boob job, she was running to Oprah denying she broke up with Vince (though she clearly did). Who keeps talking to the press about her lesbian kiss on Dirt? Talk about class.. And what a sorry excuse for being at Santa Barbara festival.. a 10 MIN. movie she CO-directed (translation: a real director directed the movie, Jen is taking the credit). Are Gwyneth and Bryce Howard there too promoting the short movies they actually directed themselves? I don't think so..
