TMZ has learned that Kevin Federline has asked a judge for an emergency hearing on Thursday to discuss his custody dispute with estranged wife Britney Spears.
A court spokesperson says only K-Fed and his attorney are scheduled to appear before the judge, but adds "anything is possible."
Federline filed papers in November seeking spousal support and sole custody of the couple's children- 5-month-old Jayden James and 17-month-old Sean Preston. As TMZ previously reported, a temporary court order granted the couple joint custody, with Spears having primary physical custody of the boys.
Now, with Spears' recent erratic behavior, coupled with the fact that she's been in and out of rehab twice in the last week, all bets may be off.

something needs to be done and I hate to say it but I think k-fed should have the kids until britney can get some help.
What a freak. This is the reason why Britney HAD to check out of rehab this morning. She met with the other lawyer because she is a defense attorney. KFed is going to acuse Brit of being a drug adict and unfit parent. Her current attorney is not qualified to defend this case, she just deals with asset and custody disputes, not alleged acts of crime. KFED is a drug adict to and now with a porn star. How has he changed???

That poor lost girl. Maybe having her kids taken away will be the wake up call she needs. She seems very depressed and needs to do something about it.
You know ppl need to stop doing this! think of their kids for crying out loud this is rude to sit and bash their parents like this.... the kids don't have a choice and just because ppl act out doesn't mean that when they are around their children they act like this..... they are probibly both GREAT parents and love those kids to death and want the best for them.... Just but out of their lives and let them live and have a family, seperated or not!!!!

She would have had custody all wrapped up if she would have just STAYED HOME and kept her panties on -- even if just for a few months! This girl has managed to flush a pretty good life down the toilet...

I think K-Fed is completely entitled to those children; perhaps we all judged him WAY too quickly. We assumed that Britney became someone else because of Kevin but I think this was all deeply seeded in her...you can't change THAT drastically! I hope Kevin does get custody of those two boys...at least they'd be with one of their parents who actually WANTS to spend time with them. It's a damn shame...she's gonna end up like Anna Nicole...in fact she sort of already is...
Let them stay with Britney's mother until she is better. K-Fed was out partying just after the birth of Jaden James. He is not better. Its just she has the responsibilty now and the media attention. He will not do a better job.
