Brandon will look like that a lot sooner than at age 60 (mostly because that obese piece of sweaty shit will be long dead before then) because of all the drugs he does, his constant state of obesity and Paris' lifetime viral gift he has will certainly shorten his wasteful life by (hopefully) decades.
