3. You guys need to give it a rest. His act of "boldy showing up" was by invitation only to the party. You really need to peruse through what your readers had to say about him "attacking" your photog. Most replies thought it was BS!

9. Give it a rest already. You're totally losing credibility with this. ALL that tape showed was your people harassing Mr. Dourdan, and I don't blame him one bit for his reaction. TMZ needs to learn it's there to cover things, not make things happen to cover. Now grow up and stop all this. You're only hurting your own reputation.

10. I feel sorry for the photographer folks. Gary Dourdan needs to find another career if he doesn't want his picture taken. He is obviously an egotistical and self centered person.
If he wants privacy, why doesn't he play it low key and party at home? I am no longer a fan of his on 'CSI' one of my favorite shows.

personally think that the TMZ photog was in the wrong and deserved whatever he got coming to him...

I also feel that you guys should not be biased and take sides, if TMZ was wrong, just come up & admit it.

I'm trying not to get all conspiracy theory or "Al Sharpton" about this, but you guys seem to be pushing for something to happen with Gary every time you see him.

Photogs get busted in the face every other day. Either press charges or, just like you've done with other, dare I say, non-black celebrities....let it go.
