10. At least Nicole won't cry about going to jail. I like the fact that she isn't trying to throw the blame onto someone else. She's taking responsibility. She's one of the few that is being somewhat responsible.

13. Nicole did what she needed to do to get less time. She stayed out of public, hasn't done anything else crazy, she seems to be cleaning up her act , and she's not crying poor me, I don't deserve this, I'm claustrapobic. She's handled herself with some dignity and hasn't been making a mockery of a serious situation. She shouldn't want the amount of attention and press that paris got. Paris was too dramatic and Nicole learned from that. To all celebrities in trouble: KEEP YOUR MOUTH CLOSED, ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY, AND TAKE YOUR PUNISHMENT GRACIOUSLY.

14. The reason there wasn't such an paparazzi uproar is SIMPLE! Nicole didn't contact the paps to come, Paris did! And since Paris is such an attention whore and thought the publicity would change the judge's mind to give her a lighter sentence since in "her own mind" Paris thinks she's a celebrity, it's obvious why Nicole got a lighter sentence since Nicole didn't make a mockery of things. =)
