You are correct that being Iranian had nothing to do with the accident. It was after all, an accident.

Being Iranian, does however, have to do with their attempt to collect $50 million from Brandy, as well bringing every mother, cousin, and relative who ever knew the dead woman into the lawsuit. Callous as it may be, the legal system values a dead person’s life by the person’s earning potential while they were alive. There is no way that this dead Iranian woman was ever going to earn $50 million, over the span of her life.

The woman’s earning potential, is however irrelevant, because Brandy was not reckless and did not intentionally take the woman’s life. It was an ACCIDENT, in which Brandy was not at fault.

This situation must be difficult enough for Brandy to deal with, without the entire Iranian clan attempting to place false blame on Brandy, so that they can attempt to gain a $50 million profit.

109. Brandy was hauling it big time in a large suv, not paying attention and killed someones wife, mother, sister, cousin, aunt and on and on!!!!

A year is a respectable mourning period after a tragic event of this magnitude has occured....of couse she has the right to take care of business and run errands but it is beyond selfish to be out partying after she has KILLED someone LESS THAN A YEAR AGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If she is not smart enough to think about her own public image, she should at least think about how the family would feel about her boozing it up so soon after she took someone away from them forever!

But, I suppose you just don't have any respect for human life...unless it hits close to home. All you care about is defending celebrities! You star struck morons!!!

I no longer have sympathy for Brandy and if she serves no jail time, I hope she gets taken to the CLEANERS big time!!!!!

Yet, you have not made one logical argument. Instead, you seem to prefer to name call.

Just out of curiosity, why do you think that the Iranian husband of the deceased has not filed lawsuits against the other people who were involved in the accident?
Would it not make good sense for the husband of the deceased to bring suit against the person who was driving the car that actually hit and killed his wife, along with his suit against Brandy?

The Iranian/Persian culture is based upon their own dishonest and greedy set of morals, which they pass along through each generation. The truth is not always politically correct.

Its not like he is pushing for jail time, he wants BLOOD MONEY, and if he spends any of the money he should feel 100 times worse than Brady, I could not live with myself spending the life value of my loved one shopping and paying bills etc. Does anybody believe in having a effin job??? Accidents happen, go get a job.
