Dogs Rescued from DMX's House

KPNX television in Phoenix is reporting that the Maricopa County, Ariz. Sheriff's Department raided rapper DMX's home this morning in Cave Creek and removed 12 distressed pit bulls.

DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was not home at the time. News 12 is reporting a large cache of weapons was found in the home as well.

DMX has a long rap sheet (pun intended), which includes a guilty plea to animal cruelty charges in 2002.

UPDATE: According to DMX's attorney Murray Richman, it was all about the blazing Arizona heat. Richman claims that someone reported the dogs were at risk because of the extreme temperatures, telling TMZ "Earl has a caretaker, who obviously wasn't taking care. Earl loves those dogs." Richman added that DMX isn't even in Az and hasn't been there for several months because he's off working on a project.

63. Incase you racist inbreds don't know, the term "these people" is very inappropriate, and derogatory. DMX is a person and if there is any case against him he should be addressed thus as an individual.
Now how has he abused the said dogs, when he has a paid hand assigned to handle and care for them and is actually away on location?
How pathetic that you devil spawns had no qualms enslaving or showing hate to blacks in this country but act like you have a soul by acting like you care about Gods creation , be it animate or inanimate. The rest of the world have wised up to you racists and actually despise your double standards.

shot that bear
and lie about it?? He got off real easy and Hunting is just as sick
as dog fighting. Ever watch a hunting show?? They even put their poor
kids in it to brag about murdering a animal. not to mention those low
lifes who fence in their animals so hunters can kill something.

one last thing about rap is
they have a unit just for blacks called the "Hip-hop police" why not
have one for the good ol boys?? I think most country singers are in
kkk. It may not be a true statement but it does make you wonder why

72. Kramer was right. Remember his rant up on stage? Yep he hit the nail on the head. This guy DMX is also a ............ and piece of trash. I propose a new law. No blacks be allowed to own dogs until they can prove to us civilized ones they can be kind to a simple animals. I could say something about animals but it would get deleted. 73. Here's the problem that I see with defending the likes of MIchael Vick and DMX (although it is not confirmed yet what charges are going to be filed against DMX, if any): one of the primary defenses for Vick was that it was part of his 'culture' and that it was what he grew up with.

These same people turn around and scream "Racist!" when the same logic is applied to DMX. Many have inferred that perhaps DMX is going to face dog-fighting charges because of his background.

How does this same logic become faulty?

How can it be a sport to blow a animals brains out and cut the head off and keep it???

Everyone was so quick to think DMX was guilty,If you knew anything about the man he loves dogs and has a dog tat on his back of his dog from child hood. Not to mention DMX does alot of great stuff for those who need help!! The man is troubled but no one ever wants to talk about the good things.
