R. Kelly Trial Postponed ... Again

R. KellyR.Kelly has once again had his trial postponed, the Chicago Sun-Times is reporting.

Jury selection was set to begin September 17. Five years ago, Kelly was charged with 14 counts of child pornography.

No future date has been announced. There's a gag order in the case -- so all we could find out is that there's a hearing on Sept. 10. Purpose unknown. Stay tuned!

Kellz is sick and needs to go to jail AND the psyche ward, but the DA doesn't have a case at all.

there's no identifiable victim, no concrete timeline, and no witnesses.

Why should it take five years for such a crime to go to court to only be delayed. This, along with the wonderful sentencing of Nicole and Paris, really leaves me feeling good about our judicial system!!

there's only one good point to this story.

At least now I know that the LA DA office and the LA court system aren't the ONLY screwed up law enforcement and justice departments in the country.
