Before being pulled over by police in the wee hours of Tuesday morning, Kiefer Sutherland was kind enough to stop and sign autographs for fans as he walked in to the FOX event he attended.
Kiefer attended the FOX Fall Eco-Casino party at Area in Hollywood on Monday night, just before his fateful drive home. He signed for plenty of fans, but didn't seem to interact with them in any way.
The "24" star was pulled over around 1:35 AM PST Tuesday morning in Hollywood, booked at 4:09 AM and released at 5:42 AM on $25,000 bail.

He should go to jail. My son pulled a Paris Hilton and drove under a suspended license and is sitting in prison for 30 days, which is the mandatory minium in our state. Another DUI is a more serious offense. Pack your bags Kiefer!

Not only could you have been killed, but you could have killed someone else. Remember you are a parent too. You wouldn't want your child in a car with someone that is drunk right?
Nobody is perfect and it seems to be a trend in Hollywood. You are so much better than that. Just figure out your problem and do what you do best and that is keep your fans at the edge of their seats. Still a 24 fan

My boyfriend was working this club that night. He was doing security and was there when the whole thing took place. He tells a VERY DIFFERENT story. In fact, he is right now in discussion with Kieffer's attorney. He says the guy is getting a bad wrap. He will stand behind his innocence the whole way.

I hope that this is resolved quickly so it does not become a media circus the likes of your recent crop of celebs. He's on one of the best shows on TV and he's doing great, enviable work. I sincedrly hope this does not adversly affect the show or his career.
