Celebrity Justice
Judge to Brit -- You're Too Chaotic, Custody Denied

The decision is in -- Britney Spears has not regained custody of her kids.

Issuing his order today, Commissioner Scott Gordon gave Spears three visits per week, two from 12:00 Noon to 7:00 PM and one overnight visit. The visits will be monitored.

Spears and K-Fed are ordered to figure out holiday schedules with the kids.

Britney must submit evidence that she childproofed her pool area by Friday.

In the order, the Commish wrote that when Britney has the kids, "the environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost somber with little communication at all." The Commish also recounts what the parenting coach complained of -- that "during all three of my visits, Ms. Spears rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play."

According to the report, the coach wrote, "It seems that [Britney's] choices are dependent more upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children."

The coach also said Spears seemed to have a "lack of general attention at times" but there was nothing she "would characterize as abusive in a traditional sense."

And then the most damning comment from the parenting coach: "The problem is that unless Ms. Spears realizes the consequences of her behavior and the impact that it has [on] her children, nothing is going to be successful."

46. So basically she needs to change her whole life. I don't think she is willing to do that seeing how she was out partying and exchanging clothes with some random bartender chick just last night. Girl wants to PARTAY!

Kfed FTW!

47. I understand some of you people do not like to check facts, so I will help you. Go to People and read what Lisa Hacker's ( Brit-Brit parent coach) attorney Sorrell Trope said to People about Brit-Brit parenting skills....wait I'll help you by cut and pasting it:
"There were some negative things, and some positive, but the beneficial things far outweighed the negative." and Trope tells PEOPLE that he remains "absolutely confident that Ms. Spears will eventually regain 50-50 custody."
People please get your story straight first!!!

48. Thank you Judge for making the proper decision.....Just because she gave birth to them does not-a-good-mother-make. Bravo, Thank you, Thank you. As a Mom of 3 under 10, I know there are stresses that go with being a parent. My goodness, there are stresses just from waking up and breathing. Sleep well dear Judge....Job well done!

49. ummm kind of funny how all of a sudden Kevin just had his pool fenced in and ummmm how long has he been living there with the babies??? when someone is so delusional such as brit - i don't see how she'll ever pull out of it. she seems to turn for the worse on each loss that happens in her life.

52. Kevin may not be perfect but it didn't take a court order to get him to child proof his pool.

A lack of attention to the kids and an accessible pool is a sure recipe for tragedy.

54. I think Britney needs some help, however K-Fed is not any better...seriously, the Judge should just take the kids away from both parents until they can both prove that their ready to be parents. K-Fed is just a GOLD DIGGER, and Brits been so busy working that she never learned how to be a parent.

55. Ummm... I hardly think that an interview on People.com constitutes "facts", especially when it is given by Britney's lawyer. I am more inclined to believe court documents then an attorney's interview with People.com

56. You mean just because you're in the same house as your kids, that's not considered quality time?! And, how come I got to baby proof the pool? How are they going to be able to swim while I'm doing lines in the bedroom?! Come on, Ya'll!

57. Britney will ONLY regain custody of her kids if she WANTS to and as it appears right now, I don't think she really wants to. The judge looked at the facts and testimony by the parenting coach and came to an informed decision. K-Fed is in better shape to take care of these kids at this point.

All in all, I think these kids are going to end up like the kids in Talladega Nights, no respect for ANYONE!

59. Would it be fair to say that technically she is technically taking care of the kids, because technically Kevin F. has HER money from the divorce settlement and therefore technically it's HER money that is paying for Kevin's help around his rented house?

I mean... technically.

60. Golddigger or not, K-Fed hasn't done a thing to show he is unfit to take care of these kids, as far as the court is concerned.
