We really do believe anything without checking it out ourselves. At the angle, you can tell the sign is over on another spot. Also, like most of you said, he still driving which means he not parked or parking in the spot. #27, you got me wrong I give less than a damn about what the celeb gets away with, I think it's dumb to cover anyone for anything at anytime. Some of these people are not famous, and media trys to make them famous. Britney Spears has done nothing to get this kind of attention 24/7, hell no one has. It's just to sell magazines or have gossip shows on television.

Did anyone bother to think that maybe they're backing out of a spot???? You've never done that??? Paparazzi will "make" a story out of something innocent...And who cares of its true?? I have parked in a handicapped spot, just running into the store to get milk and the parking lot is full... You're all saints???

THERE ARE SO MANY TIMES WHEN I WATCH THESE MOTHERS COME OUT WITH LITTLE KIDS. MEANWHILE I HAVE HAD A ROD INSTALLED IN MY BACK AND A SPINAL CORD STIMULATOR SO I WOULD NOT BE IN A WHEELCHAIR. I STILL HAVE GREAT DIFFICULTY GETTING AROUND. I CAN'T GET A PARKING SPOT AND I AM LEGITIMATE. TO ME,ALL OF THESE PEOPLE CARE ABOUT IS THEMSELVES. AND SHAME ON THE DOCTORS FOR GIVING THEM ONE!

VERY STUPTD WHAT THEY DID THEY ARE NOT HANDYCAP YET THEY SHOULD PARK THEY CAR IN THE PARKING LOT LIKE THE REST OF US WHEN THEY ARE OLD THEY CAN USED THAT SPOT. IF THEY REFUSED THEY WILL POUND THEY CAR THEY DONT CARE IF YOU ARE RICH OR NOT AM SURE THAT THEY CAR GOT POUND IT AREADY. VERY STUPED MOVE ON THRER PART.

Let's assume innocence for just a minute. Perhaps Danny was backing into the handicapped space to turn around/regroup/whatever! We weren't there so we don't know if they parked or not...

Can't TMZ do anything about the parasites that continually promote their own websites, like celebrity dating, nudist and other B.S. on this forum?........bloody annoying. Or better yet why doesn't TMZ contact them and offer them a job...they seem to have the right qualifications....innappropriate and irrelavent behaviour..sign them up!

I think it's just the camera angle the makes it appear that they are parked in a Handicapped Zone. The stalkerazzi noticed this and was probably able to sell this picture to TMZ for a lot of money. TMZ then posts it on their website and tries to make a story out of nothing. What a scam!

This picture could be entirely out of context. Yes, it appears that he is backing into a space with a handicap sign, but maybe he is backing out of a space across from it as they are leaving. Just because someone posted the pic saying they parked in a handicap spot, doesn't make it true

How do you know they weren't just reversing to turn their car around. You people are so quick to jump to conclusions.

You people are nuts! Did it ever to occur to any of you that the handicapped pole may have been lined up with the regular parking space that they were actually backing out of? Another screwball photograpger in the works!

To Jen: How could you wish something on one of their innocent kids just because you "perceive" she parked in a handicap spot?? And if we're going to throw actors out the window because they slept with someone married, we'll have very few movies to go to!

I agree with the reasonable posters who state this isn't "proof" of anything other they were in a car in the vicinity of a handicapped spot, which they may or may not have parked in. I personally don't believe they parked there. I think they were turning around and some hungry papparazzi saw his chance to manipulate a picture to appear as if they were doing something wrong.

And maybe celebrities choose this life, but they are entitled to a little privacy at times too!!!

I refuse to believe everything I see in photos. They can be doctored so easily and people will do it just to sell them. Looks to me like Moder is trying to back up. Maybe they were just parked across from a handicapped space. Why else is the handicapped sign behind them and not in front of the car? Don't believe everything you see in the news people. Those of you that do scare me.

I mean, who does that?

THIS IS BOGUS. It shows them surronded by cameras in their face trying to get out of there.Big violation. I like Julia and her movies. I'm really glad she is happily married with a beautiful family. Good for her.
