DUI and the blatant disregard for others lives and safety on the road is a tremendous problem not just in Hollywood, but across the USA. More alternatives to Taxi and Limo service are needed, but are often not practical and/or cool enough an option for those that need it. Those with money, need to be more responsible and pay for those alternative services. Those without need to make sure of designated drivers and alternative transportation. Enough is Enough. Make the penalties tougher and actually enforce them. Use billboard and bus advertising of those that neglect to obide by the rules and humiliate them in public. DUI IS KILLING INNOCENT PEOPLE. STOP THE MADNESS.
