Tina Turner's rep issued the following statement about the death of the music legend's former husband Ike.
"Tina is aware that Ike passed away earlier today," the rep told TMZ. "She has not had any contact with him in 35 years. No further comment will be made."
Simply the best.

15. Ike was a talented musician. But lets face it: Most people have forgotten about him. If some do remember him, it's because of the brutality that he heaped on his wife. When she left that drug addict, his children later came to live with her. The son he had before he met her. He was a total brute because he was probably never completely sober or without drugs in his system. Too bad he died before admitting his guilt. He will have to answer for all that he has done as do we all.
