The group isn't even halfway through their world tour -- but Baby Spice has gone and busted her ankle!


After a nasty fall during a Vegas concert Tuesday night, Emma Bunton sprained her ankle and has been walking around all week on crutches (and heels, natch) -- not exactly the perfect on-stage accessory for the Girls' killer Roberto Cavalli costumes.

We're told she is still expected to perform at the next show this Saturday in London. Say you'll be there!

baby always used t 0sprain and break her ankle and feet .

she used to wear ridiculous wedges and stil appears to not be able to balance or dance yet .
