I think it only fair to point out that the WOMEN of Hollywood are constantly dieting, working out, starving themselves, or doing god only knows what to stay frail and too too thin, so they can continue to be competitive when auditioning for role's. However, obviously men can still get plum role's and look... well, like this.
Dont get me wrong, I do love Vince Vaughn. He's a great actor. I'm just making a point!
