My guess is that she's wearing an ill-fitting bra (doesn't she have someone in her employ to dress her?).
I don't think anything on her could be bigger than her ego, except maybe her mouth.

i've never seen her movies, nor her tv show, yet she reminds me of old hollywood somehow. She's gorgeous and poised. Who doesn't have arm-pit cleavage now and then?
