It's NOT her- she has a passport she has been traveling with it.

I don't know about the USA...but in Canada you are not allowed to have anything that can alter your appearance i.e. makeup, glasses, hair must be down, no smiling for passport photos.

Passport photos are *supposed* to look like mug-shots!! 10 years? Really? You guys are lucky; here in Canada our passports are only valid for 5 years and cost 85$ each!

No make-up no smile has been the suggested rule for passport pix for about 800 years.

If you travel alot, which she probably does, your passport fills up with visa stamps. After awhile, you have to replace your passport anyway; even if it hasn't been 10 years. I get a new one once a year!

Rachel Bilson wears no make up and she still looks hot, she unlike the three horsemen of the
apocalypse (Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton) is not fake, does not look old for her
age, and has no wrap sheet a mile long.

What pose should the photos show?
The photo should show a clear, front view, full face of the customer. The customer should be in normal street attire, without hat or dark glasses against a plain white or off-white background.
