13. Being of Mexican decent is not a race. Being hispanic is not a race. Being hispanic means you or your ancestors were born in a country that speaks Spanish. There are many countries whose main language is Spanish and they have all races there. And what does a Mexican look like? My grandfather was fair with blue eyes...born in Mexico.
