Being a person who has seen it all, let me say this: There is something very terpermental about this young lady (a bit bossy, rude and spoiled) and you can nearly tell that she wears the pants in this relationship. Young boys generally don't see this in their older woman because their brain is still in their pants and love is blind in the beginning. He seems like such a sweet boy. I hope he goes into this relationship with his eyes open. I'd hate to see someone like her break his heart. And for the record, she might be tall and cute, but she really couldn't dance. She looked like big bird trying to move around that floor.

49. Shannon and Derek are a couple, but it won't last for very long. She is WAY TOO OLD for him and they will break up soon after DWTS is over. Yes, I know she was voted off this week...so now she and Derek can spend a lot of time together getting
to know each other. He will realize she is too old and very needy. And hopefully Shannon will wake up and realize that Derek is just a baby. He needs to go out with his friends. Shooting hoops? Playing soccer? Shannon, if you can play those sports I'd do it so as to spend time with him and realize he's too young and immature for you. Good luck to both of you.

They were responding to posters who said that they were not the same people and were trying to clarify how obvious it was that they were (i.e. they are the same couple as they ARE WEARING the same clothes- regardless of whether it's LA or New York).
