What parents let their kids hang around a guy who looks like he's exposing his penis near a pre-school?

That's exactly what happened in NYC yesterday, when Catherine Zeta-Jones shot a scene for a movie. Check out CZJ running away from a flasher with two kids under her arms. And look behind the flasher at the extras -- little tykes watching Long Dong Silver showing his prosthetic wang.

So producers paid the kids squat and the parents bit the bait. When the mini-extras go to real school, they'll surely be the hit during show and tell.

11. Uh, wrong as usual TMZ. NONE of the kids behind the fence appear to be watching. Their backs are turned or they are seen in profile, but hardly "watching" as the story claims. Regardless any parents who let their kids participate in something like this are a few bricks shy of a load.
