Judge To Nick Hogan: Let's Play Solitaire

6/3/2008 3:04 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Poor Nick Hogan! A judge has just denied his request to be let out til his 18th birthday. For now, Nicky Boy will stay put in the Pinellas County, Fla. jail.

17-year-old Nick -- whose real name is Nick Bollea -- complained he was essentially in solitary confinement, isolated from the general population, saying it "wasn't fair." Tell that to John Graziano and his family.

He wanted to be placed under house arrest til his bday in mid July, presumably because his parents have been such a good influence on him.

I guess little Nicky thought he was special. Now he can sit in there by himself while mama screws his former friend and daddy screws Brooks friend. I know mama hasn't weened him from the nipple yet, but she's found a new pup to feed. Maybe he can do as daddy say, think up a name for his "real ality" show when he gets out of the pokey to cash in on John Graziano's comatose state.

Dear unbelievable,

People are not angry at the Hogan family for the accident, it is their behaviour after the accident that has people in a uproar. They took zero responsibility for the factors they absolutely were responsible for and then turned it around to blame the man who is lying in a hospitial bed and will be for the rest of his life.

If the Hogans maned up and admitted they made some very bad choices that night and were honestly and truly sorry, the public wouldn't be so shocked and outraged.

Nick Hogan commited felony crimes that evening and that is why he is in prison. It should be a time for him to reflect upon what he did and try to understand what his friends life will be like now and he honestly should feel blessed that he is able to walk around and talk to his family...even if only on the phone for a few months. But no, he and his entire family feel as if they are being treated unfairly and that is just sickening.

"By unbelievable" , John Graziano did not put his foot on the gas pedal or his hands on the steering wheel. He did not have control of the vehicle okay, got it? NICK BOLLEA DID that is why he is now sitting in jail. Unfortuantely he was not wearing a seatbelt and because of Nick's racing he has paid the ultimate price. So yes we feel sorry for him!

Oh he needs to grow up. He's such a crybaby. wah wah wah is all I hear. Yeah they were both asking for trouble. Now his friend is in a coma paying for it. The least Nick could do it sit in jail for a little bit. He needs to get over him self. Spoiled little brat.

Nick should be put on probation with the stipulation that he spend eight hours a day being the primary care giver for John.

18. I am so sick of people being down this 17 year old kids throat!!! This dumb ass John whatever got into the car, had been drinking, knew this kid had been drinking, was having a good time racing another car, not wearing his seat bealt and then everyone is suppose to hate Nick and feel sorry for John when they wrecked and John was hurt and Nick wasn't? What kind of reasoning is that? They were both asking for trouble and unfortunately they both found it.

C'mon Hulk, Linda or Brooke (whichever one of you idiots wrote this comment). Let's face the facts here. Your sweet lil Nicky is a selfish little pig who cannot man-up to his actions. Get an effin' clue BOLLEA family. You're washed up....thanks to your little darling! Oh, and Linda, you need to send your little man-whore packin'. You're just as disgusting as he is.

John DID have his seatbelt on!!!

Hulk Hogan supplied the beer, both souped up cars and the attitude. He hasn't learned a thing, so why is it surprsing that his son is such a loser.

Way to go Florida Judge! See Hogan's $$$ can't buy everything. Nick - John doesn't even get the luxury of an 8 foot cell. Consider yourself lucky, do your time and think real hard about what you did. Instead of trying to create a reality show (which we know will be fake anyway) come up with a speaking program where you can go talk to schools so that other kids do not make the mistakes you have made. Do something in the good for John's sake instead of trying to place all the blame on him. That would the ONLY way others could start to forgive you.

Hell yeah you stay in jail.
Go back to the tv series Hogan Knows Best and watch as the Hogans let Nick do whatever he wants, even drive underage or rather without a license. He always has and always will think he can do whatever he wants. He has always driven those cars fast and he has never had to answer to anyone because the Hogans let him get away with murder (Its Brooke they were overprotected of).
So Nick, sorry you deserve where your at and I hope that you whiny ass realizes that you deserve to be there because you can't get away with this one.

He deserves more time in the slammer! He got off too easy. It angers me so much that he is not accepting the responsibility for his actions. He should have been charged with attempted murder, maybe he would have gotten more time to sit and think about what he did! John will never be able to sit and think again. I feel for John's family, having to live this horrible nightmare!

Seriously

What a bunch of self-centered, insensitive, greedy losers. The Hogans/Bollea's (whatever their names are)
make me want to vomit. They should all be in jail.
I hope John Graziano makes a full and rapid recovery. Here's wishing strength to his family.
If I never have to hear about the Hogans ever again it will be just fine.
