Al PacinoApparently, Al Pacino has brushed up on the new California cell phone laws since we caught him driving and chatting last month.

Looking like an insane agent's assistant at CAA, the 68-year-old roamed the streets of Beverly Hills with a telephone headset on his head. De Niro on line two!

The craziest part of his look -- the hazy, hot and humid all black ensemble.

Al Pacino is an effin' LEGEND, he can come out of the house wearing dress, pajama bottoms and a spiked leather mask and it wouldn't and shouldn't be questioned. He's an ICON of epic proportions. The youth of today should get back in touch, do you know who this man is? Carlito's Way, Scent of a Woman, Scarface, Donnie Brasco, Heat.. etc etc etc TMZ is a bunch of classless nobodies that have absolutely NO RIGHT to criticize anyone. Kudos. Al is an acting legend who isn't some d-lister who's looking to be photographed 24/7. I just adore the man And he is a New Yorker so that explains his dress. But to be fair, like it or not, TMZ looks at everyone. At least this article isn't nearly as scathing as those written about such phony wanabees like Paris Hilton. And that is to Al's credit. :-)

15. I'm surprised TMZ is knocking him, he was in Harvey's favorite film -- Cruising. I can't look at Al the same way after seeing that. Let's just say he was VERY convincing as a repressed homosexual.
