He's had the hair since at least the cover shoot for the December '07 issue of Guitar World. The naysayers should find said cover and compare. Eddie does have meat on his bones and looks better than he has in a long time.

Yes that's Eddie Van Halen. I googled Tiger Woods and Eddie Van Halen and saw a picture of them together a few months ago. He looks exactly like this picture although a little trimmer. You can tell it's him by his wide nose.
