The guy who helped Wesley Snipes evade his taxes just got busted for ... helping people evade their taxes.
Eddie Ray Kahn, who's already in the big house serving 10 years for his role in Snipes' tax case, is in more legal hot water with the Feds for helping people avoid their tax load through something called Guiding Light of God Ministries and American Rights Litigators.
Why Snipes bet on this guy to do his taxes -- besides not having to pay them -- is anyone's guess. Kahn claims he's innocent. Snipes is appealing his three-year prison sentence.

Wasn't this the sam guy who turned Snipes in and wanted the reward? Sheesh.
((( earth to L.S. ))) it's the 2nd oldest profession !!! in otherwords...taxes are not going away...but...you are to the slammer...
I saw him having sushi in Marina Del Rey by himself about two weeks ago... I thought he was already in prison?
OCD - After the Martha Stewart prosecution, where the "big dogs" got off light in lieu of testifying against someone famous, maybe this guy thought he'd get a slap on the wrist while the judge made "an example" of Wesley Snipes.
I'm not a Martha Stewart fan nor a Wesley Snipes fan (although I do enjoy some of his movies), but I'm glad to see that the judge exercised some reason in this case.
Can You really blame Wesley for not paying his taxes & trying to hold on to his money. LETS FACE IT, the movies rolls are just not coming in anymore for Wesley,,Hope He don't end up like Poor Old Ed Mcmann.
