Britney Officially Not a Criminal!

Britney SpearsThe judge in the trial of the century has dismissed the criminal charge against Ms. Britney Spears.

A mistrial was declared after the jury was hopelessly deadlocked at 10-2, in favor of not guilty. Britney was on trial for driving without a valid California license.

The judge just dismissed the case outright. The prosecutor said in court he was "troubled by the outside impressions that were brought into the courtroom."

We're wondering...for a woman who was carted off to the hospital twice after shaving her head and running around town without panties, how is it exactly that the prosecutor was at a disadvantage?

UPDATE: At a press conference afterwards, someone asked the City Attorney whether or not it would be difficult for him to listen to Britney's music now. He responded, "You mean more difficult than before?" Sore loser much?

1. Friends - With election day approaching please put country first and keep it safe. Keep the Marxist Socialist Hussein Obama out of the White House and send him back to Chicago. Please vote McCain/Palin on Nov. 4th and vote Yes on Prop 8 in California. We cannot afford Hussein's tax plan nor naming judges to the Supreme Court.

3. Dismissed is not the same as innocent. She is still a rotten mother and a self absorbed, disgusting skank. Now she can escape her kids and do a 'tour' of the mental health facilities around the world. At least it will give her kids a much needed break from her and that is a good thing!

Not a fan of this chick nor her antics. However, I must say that I'm glad to see that they didn't proceed with convicting her of this petty, bureaucratic trumped up charge. She did after all have a valid operator's license.

12. Rip Tide...I agree with you that was nuts and unfair to the people in CA (taxes) i would have fought it to. My friend went through this same thing in that state and had a CA license when court day came,paid court cost and that was it. He also had a valid license but not in CA.

Does running over two pap's feet with your car make you a criminal? Does "constant and habitual drug use" make you a criminal? Does flashing your privates in public make you a criminal?
