Gossip Girl Sued -- Left in Stitches

Blake Lively has a date with a tailor -- in small clams court.

Brooklyn tailor Angela Bilotti claims Blake hasn't paid $500 for work she did on the dress (left) Lively wore to the Teen Choice Awards

We're told Blake was "extremely kind" during the fitting and even offered to walk over to an ATM to get cash out for the work, but Bilotti told her not to worry. Since then, Bilotti alleges she's tried to contact Blake directly to no avail.

Blake's rep tells us Bilotti botched the job on the dress and Lively agreed to pay her half the fee.

3. If it was botched why did she wear it, I think its a beautiful dress, she thought she was getting something for free, I hope that Angela gets her money.

5. whats botched about the dress??? It looks fine and well tailored to me. If it was botched it didn't stop her from wearing it so it doesn't make any sense that she can't pay someone for services rendered. Stop being a low life trying to get everything for free and pay the woman so u dont seem like a cheap diva.

6. The dress she's wearing was not the one that was botched. I remember hearing her say that she had to quickly find another dress when she was interviewed on the red carpet.
