John McCain: Gone Fishin'

Obama will lose because:

1. He is outside the mainstream group think.


a. I have often said most Americans do not subscribe to the gospel of the extreme left or the extreme right.

b. Most Americans remain centrists and jealously protective of their guaranteed inalienable rights.


2. He is THE most liberal (and disingenuous) senator in the country.

3. Unanswered questions and deep doubt.


a. Occidental College records — not released?

b. Columbia College records — not released?

c. Columbia thesis paper — not available?

d. Harvard records — not released?

e. Selective Service registration — not released?

f. Medical records — not released?

g. Illinois state Senate schedule — not available?

h. Illinois State Senate records — not available?

i. Certified copy of original birth certificate — not released?

j. Baptism record — not available?


4. His “redistribution of wealth” gaffe.

5. His waffle on direct talks with real and perceived enemies.

6. A growing concern (even among his supporters) that he will say whatever is necessary but cannot be trusted to do what he says.

know this isn't meant to be a referendum on either candidate but one thing that bothers me more and more about Obama is that his state Illinois-and in particular Chicago-apparently has the highest murder rate in the country now

and with the 3 deaths of Jennifer Hudson's family members taking over the headlines it brings this under the spotlight for me even more so-news media outlets don't seem to be adding up the connection-and so find myself thinking that if the citizens there are not safe walking down the street with him as their senator-----why would I feel safe with him as my president-what has he done for Chicago the past few years-or Illinois?
this makes me nervous about what he will/will not do for America

sure I'm worried about the money in my wallet and how much I will or will not have
BUT if I'm not safe and alive to spend it-what does it matter ???????

Sloan, that's the least of the worries if and when Obama gets elected. He is a deceiver beyond most people's dreams. He has no idea how to handle National Security, not enough experience with Congress, pulling out all the stops with the Coal Industry, and mis-leading people that he is for the poor and middle class and that they will benefit by electing him. Let's see how far that $500 check is going to go once he continues to bring down the economy with his "PLAN". Obama has no idea and spouts at the mouth anything that will gert him elected...... We are in trouble from security to economy with Obama. Listen to McCain!

Arizona (John McCain's home state) has a crime rate almost as high as that of Illinois.

Alaska (Sarah Palin's home state) has a crime rate even higher than that of Illinois.

Furthermore, if you average the 2005 numbers for Arizona and for Alaska, this average is _higher_ than th 2005 average in Illinois.

If you are going to assert that McCain and Palin have nothing to do with the crime rates in their home states (a reasonable assumption), then you have to make the same statement about Obama and Illinois.

Or do you use "special logic" (i.e., lies) when talking about Obama?

MURDER rate not crime rate. Why don't you look up the murder rates for Arizona and Alaska and compare those to Illinois' murder rate. Before you go shooting your mouth off maybe you should learn how to read first.
