First of all I voted for Obama. We need change. As far as Michelle, I'm glad we have a real intelligent first lady.
The dress was awful, I think she may have been going for a youthful image instead of a classical image, and many people prefer the frist lady to dress in a classical type of wardrobe. She has a beautiful figure and the dress just didn't do her justice. ALSO, being democratic I would have preferred any color except Republican RED.
What really bothers me is that if people criticize Mrs Obama , they will be called racist. And that is ridiculous. If Laura Bush wore some awful dress, people would remark just the same. I ask everyone here, if we criticize this President in any way, will it always be the same response,,,,,??????? You are a racist???? Is this what we have to look forward to for the next 4 years? We have bigger problems in this country than to put up with these kinds of remarks. In the political world, you will be criticized,,,,,,,,,,, it's the American way. It's called FREE SPEECH! Lets not play the race card for the next 4 years, lets work on changing America so we all can prosper.
